I have lived at the Abbots Cove location for three years now. The management is amazing and always available. The maintenance staff are super friendly and the turnaround time is less than 24 hours. It’s affordable and the location is great.

I have been living here for almost 2 years and can say from what I've seen and experienced the guys (Brian & Walter) in the office are really nice, good at communicating, very understanding and easy to work with. The grounds are always kept up with, they work hard to keep the community quiet and peaceful and we are thankful for that. I have not needed to call for maintenance yet thankfully, but I am sure they would be attentive and responsive if I ever needed them.
